PMI Membership
Membership is open to anyone who is interested in the Project Management Profession - no qualifications or experience is required. You do not have to be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) in order to join PMI - that is an optional certification.
Join using the secure online membership facility. Please note that this link takes you to an external site owned by PMI Head Office which is not managed by your local PMI Adelaide Chapter.
You can only apply for membership, renew your existing membership or select Adelaide Chapter Membership with PMI Global and the Chapter will automatically include you on our mailing lists. Individual Membership Application fee:
• $129 joining fee (inclusive of first year’s subscription)
• $119 renewal fee PA.
Joining as a Student
Student membership in the Project Management Institute is open to students who must be enrolled full time in a degree-granting program. Applicants must enclose verification of current enrolment with a completed Membership Application from PMI website (www.pmi.org).
Students who wish to become Adelaide Chapter Members can apply for Student Membership through the Project Management Institute for a reduced cost:
• $ 32.00 PMI Student Membership Fee PA to join the Global PMI.
• $ 50.00 PMI Student Membership Fee PA to join the PMI Adelaide Chapter.
NOTE: PMI is removing the $10 application fee for new and rejoining student members after 01/01/2013.
Joining the Chapter
At the same time that you apply for PMI Membership, you should also indicate on the Application which local "Chapter" and "Communities of Practice” you wish to join.
